Was in competition with two other MSP firms. He found out later he was $1,500 per month more than one of the others. And the proposed solutions were very close.

The owner of this very large company chose Chris because of his presentation. He liked his style and understood what Chris was talking about. This is always key because simplicity matters. And in this case won Chris a deal for more MRR.
